Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM
- $33,000–$45,000 per year, based on experience
- Treatment plans written by a BCBA, with hands-on clinical support and supervision
- Consistent caseloads: our families maintain 90%+ attendance
- Career pathway to Lead RBT and RBT Trainer

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday
- $62,000–$75,000 per year, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days
- Free BCBA fieldwork supervision toward your BCBA certification
- Focus on clinical work, not paperwork: our BCBA writes all treatment plans, so your role centers on supervision and parent training
- Requires active BCaBA certification and a Texas LABA license (or eligibility)
